*Physical awards will not be mailed out after the conference. If a chapter leaves before the conclusion of the awards ceremony, their students will still be recognized and qualified for nationals, but they will not receive a physical award.

Registration is $65 per person and includes lunch on 3/4.

No changes may be made (including to team members and competitions) and no registrations will be accepted after 5:00 pm on 1/14.

No refunds will be made after payment is received or after 5:00 pm on 1/14.

Extensions due to weather will not be made.

ARTSA has secured blocks of rooms available for the State Conference at the following hotels:

Dress Code
Dress code will be enforced at all times. Any student, advisor, or guest not adhering to dress code will be asked to change or leave.

Tucked-in navy blue polo or official TSA button-down. Logos on polos may be no larger than 1 sq. in. (i.e. an Izod alligator is fine, a business's logo is not allowed)

Khaki or gray trousers or a knee-length khaki or gray skirt. (Skirt slits can be no more than 2" long)
-
Close-toed, fully-black or brown dress shoes. (Hey Dudes, tennis shoes of any kind, Uggs, house shoes, etc. do not count as dress shoes.)
