*Physical awards will not be mailed out after the conference. If a chapter leaves before the conclusion of the awards ceremony, their students will still be recognized and qualified for nationals, but they will not receive a physical award.

Registration is $65 per person and includes lunch on 3/4.

No changes may be made (including to team members and competitions) and no registrations will be accepted after 5:00 pm on 1/14.

No refunds will be made after payment is received or after 5:00 pm on 1/14.

Extensions due to weather will not be made.
Dress Code: Business
Please note that we will be using pin-on nametags. It is recommended that you refrain from wearing fabrics such as silk, satin, leather, and pleather.
Dress code will be enforced at the entrance to the Opening and Closing Ceremonies as well as during competitions. Any student, advisor, or guest not adhering to dress code will be denied entrance to the ceremony/competition.

Dress code is business, which includes:

Slacks or business dress pants, khakis, chinos, or knee-length or longer skirts.

Button-down shirts with a tie, sweaters, or blouses

Knee-length or maxi dresses

Optional cardigans, blazers, or sport coats

Closed-toed shoes such as loafers, Oxfords, boots, pumps, or flats

Simple, professional accessories such as scarves, belts, or jewelry

Please refrain from wearing the following:

Shorts

Sweatpants

Tank tops

Crop tops

T-shirts

Athletic sneakers or tennis shoes

Stained or wrinkled clothing
