Members can only compete in one Block event in the morning and one Block event in the afternoon.

Members competing in a Block event will not be allowed to present in any Time Slot events occurring at the same time as that Block event. Members may still be part of a team for those Time Slot competitions, but they will not be allowed to be part of the presentation team.
