Dear Arkansas TSA Members,

My name is TJ Goldman, a sophomore from Siloam Springs High School, and I am a proud candidate for the Arkansas TSA State President. TSA has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my high school journey, and I can not wait to help give back and help others grow in the organization that has helped shape my passions for helping others, leadership, and, of course, my passion for the technological world.

As a previous chapter Sergeant-at-Arms in my freshman year and chapter president this year, I have constantly been pushed to my limits and grown exponentially through leading, competitions, and teamwork. TSA has taught me how to work and communicate effectively with others under pressure, collaborate with others to get giant projects done, and lead with integrity.

Whether working on fundraisers, competing at conferences, or helping my chapter, I have learned that TSA is not just about the competitions; it is about growing in life skills like professionalism, public speaking, teamwork, communication, and preparing for the future. Through TSA, I have gained immense real-world skills that stretch far beyond the classroom, like time management, creative problem-solving skills, and how to step up when leadership is needed.

If elected as a state officer, I will use the skills that TSA has taught me to represent all Arkansas TSA members with dedication, integrity, and enthusiasm. I want to help close the communication gap across chapters, promote inclusivity for all, and make state conferences both meaningful and memorable. My goal is to leave a legacy of strong leadership, positivity, and increased member involvement; one where every student feels that TSA is a place that they belong and can grow.

I respectfully ask for your support and your vote. Together, we can continue to grow Arkansas TSA and create the next generation of leaders, innovators, and problem solvers.
