Dear Current and Future ARTSA Members,

My name is Ruby Inman, and I am honored to be a candidate for Arkansas TSA State Officer. TSA has shaped me into a stronger leader, collaborator, and problem-solver, and I am excited about the opportunity to give back to an organization that has given me so much.

If you’ve never met me, you would know I’m an active TSA member because I don’t just participate,  I commit. I take initiative in projects, support my teammates, compete with dedication, and step up when leadership is needed. I strive to represent TSA’s values of innovation, integrity, and excellence in everything I do.

Through TSA, I’ve gained confidence, leadership skills, technical knowledge, and friendships that will last a lifetime. TSA has pushed me to think bigger, work harder, and believe in my potential. It has taught me how to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and turn ideas into action, skills I’m ready to use to serve our state association.

As a state officer, my goal is to energize members, strengthen chapter involvement, and create more opportunities for growth, recognition, and connection across Arkansas. I want every TSA member, current and future, to feel inspired, supported, and proud to be part of ARTSA.

The legacy I hope to leave is one of enthusiasm, empowerment, and impact. I want members to remember a leader who listened, encouraged participation, celebrated achievements, and helped make TSA an unforgettable experience.
